Hey, I'm April, the creative soul behind Helios Photography! This year has been a whirlwind of change for me—becoming a single mom to two incredible kids and navigating life after divorce. It’s been challenging, but it has also been a time of rediscovery. I’ve found new passions and revisited old loves like margarita dates with my best friends, sunset walks on the beach, spontaneous overnight trips, and nature walks with my children.
Through this journey, I’ve connected more deeply with my clients, many of whom are also navigating life’s transitions. As a boudoir photographer, I understand how important it is to feel seen and celebrated in your own skin, especially during times of change. My mission is to create a space where women can feel empowered, beautiful, and radiant—like the sun itself.

It’s my sanctuary, a space that fully reflects my aesthetic and the warmth I aim to bring to every session. I’ve had the privilege of welcoming women from all walks of life into my studio, and I’m so excited to continue capturing their unique stories.
